Cancellation of (second) DUP Card

NADRA has launched an online application facility for those applicants who are holding more then one ID cards. NADRA has started to receive such applications via email. Miss. Shazia Ghulam Hussain is the focal person and applicants are advised to send her an email on her email ID shazia.ghulam@nadra.gov.pk

For the processing of DUP Clearance following documents are to be submitted:

1. Dup Clearance affidavit (attested by the High Commission). [Download Here]
2. Surrendered image of DUP card (cut in 02 pieces) or lost police report.
3. Fee US$10.00 or equivalent fee.

Applicant should deposit the fee in the NADRA online account as per following details and attach a scanned image of the deposit slip:

Kindly note that the attested affidavit along with deposited fee slip and image of DUP ID card (cut into 02 pieces) should be directly emailed to the above mentioned official by the applicant.
