HIGH COMMISSIONER

H.E. Dr. Abdul Malik

  • Born in 1960. 

  • Holds degrees in Bachelor of Science, M.B.,B.S. & LLB. Joined the Foreign Service of Pakistan in 1991 . Served at Headquarters as Section Officer (1993 & 2001-2003) as Director (2009-2013).

  • On deputation with Income Tax Department as Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax (1994-1996 and as Second Secretary (Income Tax) at CBR Islamabad (1996-2000).

  • Held various diplomatic assignments in Pakistan Missions abroad: Buenos Aires (2003-2006), Prague (2006-2009) and Wellington (2013-2015).

  • Served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Turkmenistan (2015-2017).

  • He is married.
