Online applications are available in the categories namely: ‘new born baby up to two years of age’, ‘renewal of passport’, ‘re-print the lost passport for up to two times’, ‘re-print damage passport’, ‘re-print exhausted passport’ and ‘modification in passport’ in relation to change due to marital status. i.e. change in husband’s name and  surname etc.
