RIP  Shamshad Akhtar: 1st woman to head Pakistan‘s  central bank, & a senior colleague at the UN  where she served as ASG UNDESA & Exec Sec of UNESCAP. Shamshad also served as an WorldBank VP & in other senior national positions.
