In order to improve public service delivery and make grievances redressal mechanism more efficient and responsive, the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU) has introduced an ICT based application “Citizen Facilitation Portal”.

The portal aim to address complaints / grievances of Pakistani citizens including overseas Pakistanis as well as foreign nationals. All those who wish to utilize the portal are advised to download this application “Citizen Facilitation Portal” using any internet-connected device like personal computer, mobile phone, laptop or tablet and make an account before submitting their complaints / grievances.
