Requirements for a new Pakistani Passport

• Application Form for New Passport



• Completely filled in application submitted by the applicant personally or thorough Registered / Courier Mail.
   
• Applicant must put thumb impression and signature in BOTH boxes in the form.
• Use black thumb pad for thumb impression

Note: Applicants sending their documents through mail should invariably enclose a pre-paid, self-addressed registered / courier envelope.




 

• Passport Size Coloured Photographs

• Three identical recent passport size coloured photographs taken within past three months.
   



• Supporting Documents

• Old Pakistan Passport alongwith photocopies of first 4 pages.
• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) / National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) along with their photocopies.
• Photocopy of foreign passport / PR Card / landing paper / Status abroad, if any.



• Passport for Children under 18 years (required documents)

• Completely filled in application form for Passport.
   
• CRC / NICOP or S1 form issued by diplomatic mission of Pakistan along with their photocopies.
• Photocopy of foreign passport / PR Card / landing paper / Status abroad.



• Fees:




• Ordinary Passport: NZ$ 75.00
• Urgent Passport: NZ$ 160.00




Mode Of Payment:

• Direct Bank Deposit in ANZ Bank Account No: 011823-0019313-00. Insert the Passport number as Reference in the Bank Receipt and send the original Receipt with your application form.

Consular fees once deposited can not be refunded



• Processing Time

• Ordinary Passport will be returned after eight (08) business days.
• Urgent Passport will be returned after two days.
